REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Calm Your Nerves Marketing Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to help businesses grow stress-free. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested and processed for our services.

By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following policy.


1. GENERAL POLICY

Our services are tailored to each client’s specific needs and require significant time, effort, and resources. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or initiated. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested, and we will assess each case fairly.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Monthly Subscription & Retainer Services

Clients on monthly marketing retainers or subscription-based services must provide at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle to cancel their subscription. Cancellations made after this period will be effective for the following billing cycle, and charges for the current billing period will not be refunded.

2.2 One-Time & Custom Services

If a client cancels a custom marketing campaign, branding service, or project-based service before the work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund minus any administrative or planning fees. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

2.3 Scheduled Appointments & Consultations

Clients must cancel or reschedule consultations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Failure to show up or cancel within the required time will result in a forfeiture of any fees paid.


3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

-A duplicate charge was made due to a system error. In such cases, the overcharged amount will be refunded.

-The agency is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, and no alternative solution can be provided.

-A service was purchased but not yet started and the client requests a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

-Completed Work: Services that have been delivered or partially executed are non-refundable.

-Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs: Any advertising budgets, third-party tools, or platform fees managed on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

-Strategy & Consulting Fees: Payments made for strategic planning, market research, or consultations are non-refundable.


4. DISPUTES & RESOLUTION

If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage open communication. Clients should reach out to our support team at

5. EXCEPTIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

Calm Your Nerves Marketing Agency shall not be held liable for refunds or cancellations due to:

-Client delays in providing necessary information or approvals.

-External factors beyond our control, such as platform updates, algorithm changes, or force majeure events.
